Everyone loves this chocolate, so easy to make, we always have a batch in our freezer.
Ingredients
50g Supreme Shrooms Shiitake Mushroom Powder
5 tablespoons melted coconut oil
4 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons cacao powder
3 tablespoons peanut butter
3 tablespoons almond butter
3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
½ cup mixed nuts or seeds
Pinch sea salt
Method:
Mix all ingredients together until well combined
Spoon mixture into chocolate moulds or in a lined rectangular container
Place in the freezer until set
Once hard, take out of mould, or if in a container cut into bite sized pieces
Store in a sealed container in the freezer
