This is an easy smoothie to make which incorporates medicinal mushrooms into your every day lives. Everyone loves the taste, even the kids.
Ingredients
2 frozen bananas (roughly chopped)
2 tablespoons peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
1-2 teaspoons Hemp-Shroom Protein
4 majool dates
8 cashews
Pinch of salt
Milk of your choice (we prefer to use oat or almond milk)
Method:
Put all ingredients into a blender, food processor or Nutri Bullet.
Blitz on high until well combined
Enjoy!
*Can sprinkle with some Vasse Valley Raw Hemp Hearts, chia seeds and chopped cashews (as pictured)
*You can also freeze and enjoy as a delicious icy pole!
