Berry Shroom Smoothie

Ingredients

Small handful mixed frozen berries

Teaspoon of your favourite Supreme Shrooms powder

Teaspoon of flax seeds

Teaspoon of psyllium husks

Milk of your choice (I like to use oat milk)


Method:

  • Put all ingredients in a food processor or Nutri-bullet

  • Blitz on high

  • Serve


*Note: can also freeze into icypoles for the kids!
